A company with global presence in the children’s clothing sector and a 100 year trajectory, recognized for its design and quality manufacturing, Tutto Piccolo, was a pioneer in developing its business-to-business e-commerce channel and establishing actions with Vente Privee. The company needs to promote its new business-to-consumer e-commerce channel to consolidate its final internet point of sale. The project focuses on the optimization of processes to integrate the dynamic of the new platform with the dynamic of the company through the integration of ERP.
Using Magento, we consider the integration of its own ERP regarding orders, stock, clients and the company’s catalog, based on functional analysis.
